BEST PRACTICES FOR METAL RECYCLING
The common practices followed for metal recycling are:
- Test your scrap metal with a magnet, sort magnetic (ferrous) from non-magnetic (non-ferrous). Generally, non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel have a higher return than ferrous.
- Using containers, bins, or garbage bags try to separate your different non-ferrous metals. If you have a large amount of scrap metal, call us for scrap metal bins or pick up service.
- Our team will weigh each grade of metal and pay you accordingly. Based on the market, prices change weekly, so call us for a quote.
